59 perc 83. rész Trudi & Weeze
It’s story time! On today’s episode, we’re recounting a little scenario that happened recently in Trudi’s free private Facebook group that caused her to hit up Weeze on a weekend to discuss. Today we’re not only exploring non-disparage clauses in coaching contracts — what they are and why they are harmful — but also boundaries and consent, silencing and erasure, restorative justice and how to do it right, as well as what ACTUALLY happened in this thread in the Facebook group and what SHOULD have happened instead. This tale of Karen, Karen, and Karen is one you don’t want to miss.

Ep. 87: White Saviorism - Final Answer
56 perc 80. rész Trudi & Weeze
You might be a white savior if… Seriously y’all… we get questions about this one on the daily. “Am I a white savior? What are people gonna think of me if I share online about the work I’m doing? How do I make sure I’m not crossing the line into white saviorism?” So on today’s episode, Trudi and Weeze are sharing our FINAL ANSWER on this one. We’re exploring all about white saviorism: what it is, why it’s so dangerous, the difference between white identity and whiteness, and how to make sure you don’t show up in spaces as a white savior. On today’s episode, Trudi and Weeze are diving into this controversial book, why the title is problematic and not accurate, who this book is best for and what it REALLY is, what could have made it better, and what we recommend you read instead if you’re on your own journey towards anti-racism. Today, Trudi & Weeze are answering these questions as well as exploring the white folks co-opting the movement, why we don’t do DEI work with clients before anti-racism work is done, and how BIPOC can continue to protect their peace and hold boundaries. On today’s episode, we’re exploring the co-occurring social crises that created the perfect storm for people to FINALLY wake up, the 3 types of folx we saw in the Great White Awakening, and why it isn’t actually in your business’s best interest to use this movement to start branding yourself as an “anti-racist or DEI expert.” Follow us on Instagram: https://instagram.com/trudilebron https://instagram.com/accordingtoweeze Music by Dennis “Aganee” Jenkins https://www.aganee.com https://instagram.com/therealaganee

Ep. 81: Who is Karen & why does she want to talk to the manager?
49 perc 74. rész Trudi & Weeze

On todays episode Trudi and Weeze are talking about…perfess…profesh….ahem….professionalism. Trudi and Weeze look at professionalism through the lens of an entrepreneurial or online business mindset. People are capable of doing both and that is exactly what Trudi and Weeze explore for you today.
