On Reflekt: The Podcast | In Conversation this week, I spoke to Anthony about men’s mental health, acupuncture, and many other topics. Tony is a former Metropolitan Police officer. He continued to pursue his passion for improving the lives of those affected by poor mental health and in 2017 founded a community interest company called Talking FreELY to carry on on the work he started in the Metropolitan Police. He now works regularly with schools, communities and businesses and has wider ambitions to improve the culture and conversation on mental health.
