This podcast will offer a variety of wellness teachings - with an emphasis on the feminine - including guided meditations, breath work & yoga nidra. I will also be sharing thoughts on self care practices that I’ve personally found helpful, and talking through concepts within the realm of feminine spirituality, embodiment, menstruality and wellbeing.
