We brought on our first guest speaker, Wade Bass, on the show tonight. Wade is a Functional Movement Specialist, Personal Trainer, Small Business Owner, fitness expert and beast in the gym and on the volleyball court. He is also Michael's personal trainer and dear friend. Wade goes into detail on his viewpoint on biomechanics and functional movement.
