On this episode the National Crawford Roundtable will discuss the current humanitarian crisis at the Mexican border.  How serious is it?  What is the cause of the current crisis?  Is Nancy Pelosi correct in saying the crisi is the fault of former President Donald Trump and Climate Change?  What incentives for the migrants come from President Biden's policies, and who is getting rich from them?  How should we, as Christians, view this dilemma?

This week is the one year anniversary of the COVID shutdowns; where are we now? President Joe Biden  is now finally addressing the nation and taking questions.  Will there be another $1.9 Trillion Relief package?  What about mask restrictions--17 states are now mask free, should we all follow suit?  What about vaccinations--will we all be required to get them and to carry a "vaccination passport?"  Will church services ever get back to normal, or will online services be the norm?

The hyper-sensitivity of today's "woke" Cancel Culture appears to be going overboard with what they consider to be, "offensive" material, especially that of an historical nature.  How do we, as Christians, balance being, "sensitive" with rolling our eyes at the absurdity of today's "Wokeness?"  In this episode they guys will discuss Dr. Seuss books being dropped from publication and Hasbro's decision to gender neutralize Mr./Mrs. Potato Head.  We'll also look at the current trend of changing well known product mascots deemed racist: Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben's, or logos like Land O' Lakes butter or various sports teams like the Washington Redskins.  And what about the current trend of adding "Offensive Content" warnings to entertainment features like The Muppets, or the movie Gone With the Wind--is it going too far?

The recent Texas power crisis raises some important questions about the use of renewable energy.  Should we reassess renewable energy sources like Wind Farms and Turbines?  Also, why does the sight of wind turbines cause anxiety and fear (called Anemomenophobia) in some  people?  What about the Global Warming debate--where are we headed?

This discussion takes on the most common claims from the LGBTQ community including why some behavior, such as eating pork and shellfish or wearing of mixed fabrics were once considered sinful in the Old Testament but are now accepted practices, so why isn't homosexuality? Why, if Jesus is about love, tolerance, acceptance and forgiveness, is homosexuality not accepted? Did Jesus say that some Eunuchs were, "born that way" and that, "Eunuchs were gay"? Other topics include: Is it possible to be gay and Christian? What about the growth of "gay affirming" churches? With the Electoral College having voted, the National Crawford Roundtable will confront the reality of Trump's loss and they'll talk about the "prophecies" that predicted a win for him.  So, is the 2020 election truly over, or are there still options to overturn the election results?  For those who see this election as stolen how is it possible to move forward, and what should be the focus now?  How do we, as a nation, regain confidence in the U.S. elections integrity?  How should Christians respond to the "prophecies" about a Trump victory?  Why were they all so wrong?  Do they need to show proper humility and admit that they did not really hear from God?

With COVID-19 vaccines on the horizon,  the National Crawford Roundtable contemplates what new concerns we may face regarding this pandemic.  Are the vaccines safe?  Are aborted fetal cells being used?  Will we be forced to take the vaccine?  If we refuse what will be the consequences?  Can we be required to carry an "immunization card" in order to fly on planes, dine in restaurants, visit retail establishments, attend sporting events, or even to attend school?  Will the  Democrat Governors threaten private businesses with loss of government contracts if they fail to enforce requiring vaccinations for their employees?  Can this lead to forcing us to take other vaccines, like a flu vaccine?

This week the Crawford Broadcasting Roundtable discusses the false claims by the media that President Trump's COVID-19 treatments of Regeneron were created by aborted fetus cells.  What is the truth behind the rumor that  the Regeneron drug given to the President to treat his COVID-19 was made from aborted fetus cells?  What are some of the ethical issues with embryonic stem cell research.  How can we know which vaccine's may involve fetal cells?

This week the guys discuss Climate Change/Global Warming in light of the California and Oregon wildfires.  In his discussion with California Governor Gavin Newsome was President Trump correct in saying the science on this ISN'T settled?  Are we to believe wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, and other weather related phenomena are the fault of global warming and climate change brought on by human emissions?  What about Joe Biden blaming the wildfires on President Trump and referring to him as a, "Climate Arsonist?"  How should Christians view the environment and environmental issues?

This week the National Crawford Roundtable takes an in-depth look at media bias and freedom of the press, especially in regard to the "Atlantic" story which claims anonymous sources say that President Trump refused to visit the U. S. Military cemetery during his 2018 trip to France, citing that, "the rain would mess up his hair."  The guys will also discuss the level of perceived media bias against Trump and consequently the level of, "Earned Press" free advertising being enjoyed by candidate Joe Biden.  We also review big tech media bias, the rigging and censoring of search results, and content censoring on YouTube, Facebook and other media platforms.  And should we as a country consider increased government regulation  of the media?

In this very lively episode of the National Crawford Roundtable the guys discuss the current climate of violence which we are experiencing and why President Trump is being blamed for it.   The discussion will include why Joe Biden insists that Mr. Trump is, "fomenting violence" and whether that is a fair summation.  And what about Biden's claim that the Trump supporter wearing the, "Patriot Prayer" hat was, "spoiling for a fight?"  Why did Biden wait 88 days to address and condemn the violence happening in the United States? The guys will also look at why two pro-life students were arrested for writing in chalk, "Pre-born Black Lives Matter" on the sidewalk in front of a Planned Parenthood clinic.

Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is removing Margaret Sanger from their name.  Who was Margaret Sanger?  Does Planned Parenthood continue to support her racist legacy?  Why aren't BLM (Black Lives Matter) supporters demanding that statues erected in her honor be removed?  Is the planet really over populated?  What radical ideas regarding abortion are being held by the Democrats?  What, if any, policy changes can we expect if Joe Biden wins the election?  How will abortion policy affect the election, if at all?

With the coronavirus still seemingly not under control what will happen with sports, in particular college sports?  Should sporting events fully re-open?  Or is it better to have events without fans in the stands?  Is the liberal left using the virus as an excuse to shut down college sports in an attempt to funnel funding  to academic courses?  Does the liberal left harbor ill will towards college sports, especially football?

Is the coin shortage real?  How could the Coronavirus affect the availability of coins?  Is this an attempt at turning the United States into a coin-less society?  Could crypto coin or bit coin use be at the heart of the alleged coin shortage?  Is this a way for businesses to get customers to contribute to their causes by asking them to, "round up" their purchases to donate to a cause.  Will America become a cash-less country?

Shortly after many states "re-opened" the United States is seemingly experiencing an increase in Covid-19 cases. What is the true cause of the increase in reported cases and what is the answer to "flattening the curve?" Is closing businesses and schools necessary? What about the upcoming DNC/RNC Conventions--will they have to be virtual? Is enforcing quarantines the answer? What about mandatory "mask wearing"? Does that really affect the spread of the contagion? And what should the penalty be for those who refuse to comply with wearing a mask or following other guidelines, recommendations or mandates regarding the spread and control of the virus? What can President Trump and his staff do to improve his perceived handling of the Covid crisis?

With most states lifting shelter-in-place restrictions and reopening their businesses there is a perceived surge in the number of COVID-19 cases, causing some states to delay additional openings and allow other restrictions to stay in place. Are there new cases on the rise, or are the numbers being skewed due to more testing? The media is reporting a dramatic increase in new cases, but seem to ignore news of the declining death rates. What affect did the recent protests have on the number of positive tests for the virus? Did the lifting of bar and restaurant restrictions play a part in the reported increase of positive COVID-19 diagnoses? What about the crowded parties and beachs--what affect, if any, did that have on the current COVID infection rate? The National Crawford Roundtable will also discuss the political ramifications of the current perceived resurgence of the virus--could this be an attempt to keep the economy down until after the 2020 Presidential election? And what about the wearing of masks and its enforcement-should we wear masks? Should we punish those who choose not to wear a mask? Do we have the freedom, as Americans, to refuse to follow the current CDC recommendations?

With the 4th of July coming up the National Crawford Roundtable looks at Americana past and present. Can we still consider ourselves patriotic considering the current political climate of unrest and revolt? What is American Exceptionalism? How can rioters, protesters, anthem kneelers and such be considered patriotic? How do we contextualize the sins of America's past e.g. slavery, Trail of Tears, Japanese-American Concentrations camps, etc.? How did the founding fathers justify owning slaves? What is the truth about America's founding and Christian heritage? What changes for America, if any, can we expect from the hard far left, including Joe Biden?

In this episode of the National Crawford Roundtable we discuss the current attempts to dismantle the cultural history of The United States, from the toppling of historic statues perceived as "racist" to the banning of movies, television shows and comedic performances. Who is behind the uproar and upheaval that is causing this radical behavior? Is the Left hijacking the current racial tensions and political climate to cause even more divisiveness in our country? Who or what is the "Cancel Culture?"

Can his comments and policies regarding Mexicans and Muslims be construed as prejudiced? Are his views contributing to a rise in hate crimes? What about Trump's views on Criminal Justice Reform? HBCU Initiatives? Opportunity Zones? First Step Program? Is Trump helping or hurting race relations in the United States?

We interrupt our 3 part series on Evangelicals and Trump to discuss the State of the Union address. The Roundtable will review what the President had to say, Nancy Pelosi's bad behavior as well as the less than stellar actions of the Democrats. We will continue with part 2 of the 3 part series on our next podcast.

In this first of a 3 part series the Crawford Roundtable takes a hard look at President Trump and the Evangelical community. In part one of the series the Roundtable discusses whether or not evangelicals should support Trump. The guys will talk about Trump's perceived negative qualities like his sleazy past, his foul language, his abrasive and petty style, his Tweets and whether Trump can be considered an, "immature" Christian. Other topics will include his pro-life policies and appointments of pro-life Supreme Court and federal judges and other members of his cabinet, his policies regarding Israel including moving the Embassy to Jeruselum, and changes in policies regarding the LGBTQ community. In episodes 2 and 3 there will be a more in-depth look at Trump's foreign, domestic and economic policies.

This week marks the 47th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. The Crawford Roundtable will explain Roe v. Wade and why the issue of abortion is so important to Christians. The guys will also discuss what Scripture teaches about abortion, the question of whether or not a Christian can be "pro-choice", the radical position regarding abortion that some Democrats are taking, Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger and racism. Also, should restrictions be lifted if a child is conceived because of rape or incest? The Roundtable will also answer some of the most common pro-abortion arguments like, "it's a woman's body", or, "it's only a fetus, not a real person or fully human," etc.

In this episode the Roundtable discusses the International Olympic Committee's decision to ban all political statements, like National Anthem Kneeling, hand gestures, etc. during the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Should Olympic competition silence free speech and dissent? Is there an appropriate time or place during a sporting event for political protest? Are sports being ruined by open political opinions like booing the president taking a knee, or sports celebrities becoming political commentators?

On this podcast the National Crawford Roundtable discusses the current situation between the United States and Iraq, including the decision by President Trump to order a drone stike on Qassem Soleimani. Who was Soleimani and was it right for President Trump to order the drone strike that killed him? Will this action lead us into a war with Iraq? Should Christians support such actions? What about the hypocrisy of the Democrats and Media who criticize Trump for this action, but fail to turn the same discerning eye on former President Obama's killing of Osama bin Laden, or his order for drone strikes on American citizens like Anwar Al-Alwaki, a recruiter for Al Qaeada, along with his 16-year-old son, also an American citizen. Why are the Press painting Soleimani as a, "revered" leader who was "assassinated" by Trump?

We'll be discussing the New Year! Politically, the Roundtable will assess 2019 and discuss what we can anticipate for 2020. And regarding the Church, we will look at the state of the Church and the Body of Christ in 2019 and talk about what needs to change in 2020.

Merry Christmas! The Roundable discussion begins with a light hearted look at our host's Christmas traditions and the weather conditions in their home states. The conversation moves on to the sadness and depression many feel over the holidays. Then we take a theological look at the Nativity, the facts and fiction, the true meaning of Christmas and the significance of Jesus coming to Earth and taking on human flesh and dying for our sins.

This episode we discuss several Christian controversies, including the pagan origins of some Christmas traditions. How should Christians answer those who say we are embracing Pagan customs in our Christmas celebrations, like Saturnalia in gift giving, the Winter Solstice, Christmas trees being similar to the, "trees adorned with silver and gold" as mentioned in Jeremiah 10? Is it inappropriate for churches to put up Christmas trees in the lobby of the church or on the pulpit? What about decorating with holly or mistletoe? What is the true date of Jesus' birth? Should Christians be celebrating on a date known to be inaccurate? What about the displaying of nativity scenes with figures, like the 2 wise men, who are believed to have not been present at the birth of Jesus, but several days or weeks after HIs birth? And what of the, "Santa Conspiracy"? Should children be told the truth about Santa? Is it harmless fun, or does lying to children about Santa Claus cause them to question the honesty of their parents and the truth about Jesus Christ? Is it appropriate to use Christmas gift giving as an opportunity to witness to our non-believing friends and family? Should we give them gifts that they want, or give them gifts we feel they should have, like Bibles and other Christian material?

Articles of Impeachment have been drafted and the Crawford Roundtable will examine this moment in history. We take an in depth look into the "Abuse of Power" and the "Obstruction of Congress" Articles of Impeachment and the whole impeachment effort in general. What affect if any will this have on the 2020 election? Will or should Republicans use this as a precedent to impeach the next Democrat president for any reason? How do Christians view these proceedings? And should political topics be discussed at Christmas gatherings or should they be avoided?

Is theire a war on Christmas? The American Family Association put out their annual "Naughty or Nice" list of retailers that acknowledge or use the word, "Christmas" in their stores and advertising versus those that do not. Should the use, or lack of use of the word, "Christmas" be of concern to Christians? Is boycotting those stores who choose to ignore it appropriate? Should Christians frequent stores that use the word, "Christmas" as opposed to shopping at the "Happy Holiday" stores? Is Christmas over-commercialized?

The Crawford Roundtable has an honest and hard discussion about giving thanks to God in ALL things, especially at the difficult times in our lives and through mass shootings, terrorism, crimes against children, starvation and other tragedies. The guys discuss the origins of the holiday and talk about how, even though survivial was precarious at times, the early settlers were still thankful to God and showed their gratitude to Him ferverently. And we'll talk about all of the blessings we have as Americans: our freedom, liberty, economic opportunites, but most of all God's free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.

Chick Fil-A is back in the spotlight again after choosing to cease donations to several groups like the Salvation Army, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and other groups that have been labeled as "anti LGBTQ+". The Crawford Roundtable will discuss the "slash and burn" campaign that has been waged against Chick Fil-A since 2012 by the LGBTQ+ community. Is Chick Fil-A caving in to the hate mob? Are they now compromising their Christian principles? Evangelicals have supported Chick Fil-A through all of the backlash they suffered by sticking to their Christian values; how should they respond now? Is Chick Fil-A anti-LGBTQ+?

Will President Trump be impeached? As the impeachment hearings get underway the Crawford Roundtable will discuss what these impeachment hearings are really about. What are the charges? Was there anything wrong with Trump's Ukraine phone call? Did a "quid pro quo" happen and if it did, was it improper? Is it possible that Trump will be removed by the Senate? Is it fair to call this a, "coup"? Does any of the evidence or testimony presented sound troubling? Are the Republicans fighting hard enough against these proceedings? Will this backfire politically on the Democrats? Is this setting a precedent for impeachment to be used merely as a political tool?

The Kayne West Story. Thoughts on his Sunday services. Overall thoughts on his conversion and how Christians should respond. His past songs... do they make you suspicious that his new direction may just be a marketing strategy? Can we feel confident he is drawing people to the True Biblical Jesus as opposed to some fake Hollywood version of Jesus. While we can't judge his heart, we can judge the fruit he is producing. How should we assess that fruit? What adviCe might we offer to Kayne West? To his Christian fans?

In part 3 of our 3 part series on Christians and the paranormal the Roundtable turns a discerning eye towards Halloween/All Hallow's Eve and All Saints Day. The guys will talk about the Pagan origins of Samhain and Halloween traditions. How should Christians view Halloween, as cultural fun or a celebration of evil? Is it okay for Christians to dress up for Halloween, and allow their kids to trick-or-treat? Can Christians "reclaim" Halloween to use as a witnessing tool?

In this 3 part series the National Crawford Roundtable will explore UFOs, the paranormal and Halloween. This podcast, the first of the three, will deal with UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Are there sentient beings elsewhere in the Universe? Did God put intelligent beings on other planets? Might God have placed plant life or vegetation outside of Earth? Is the belief in intelligent alien life on other planets an un-Biblical view? Do UFOs exist and if so, what are they? Bob Dutko will be sharing his personal experience with a so-called UFO.

In this episode the National Crawford Roundtable takes a biblical view of the current popularity of the use of CBD oil (the non-intoxicating part of the marijuana/hemp plant) and the rising legalization and use of medical and recreational marijuana. If recreational pot is legal is it still wrong for Christians to imbibe? Should marijuana be viewed in the same way that wine or other liquors are viewed? If it is acceptable to drink alcoholic beverages but not get drunk, is it okay to smoke pot but not get, "stoned"? What about Gen 1:29 which states, Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food." Is it okay to use that or other Biblical verses to destigmatize the use of CBD or marijuana?

This episode of the National Crawford Roundtable looks at the Christian View of Socialism. We'll define socialism and the concept of economic justice. Was Jesus a socialist? Were believers practicing socialism in Acts 2 & 4? Does socialism help the poor? What does help the underprivileged? Should healthcare and college be free? How has "free" healthcare affected countries like Canada and Great Britain? Does socialism harden hearts? Does capitalism encourage greed?

In this podcast the National Crawford Roundtable takes a decidedly political bend as we discuss the current calls from the Democrats for impeachment over the "Ukranian Scandal". The Roundtable will discuss whether or not this is a legitimate or a manufactured scandal. Why does it matter if Trump called on Ukraine to investigate the Joe and Hunter Biden corruption allegations? How seriously should we be viewing those allegations? Is it suspect that the Ukraine energy company put Hunter Biden on its board with a $50,000.00 a month salary even though he has no experience with either the Ukraine or energy? Or that they pay his firm one million dollars a year? Or that all of this took place after then Vice President Biden took his son with him to Ukraine? Joe Biden then threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loans unless Ukraine fires a prosecutor that was investigating the energy company that was paying Biden's son; was that ethical? And with 145 Democrats currently on board for an impeachment inquiry is it possible that Trump will be impeached? Is this just another, "witch hunt? like the Russia/Collusion hoax? What is it about Trump that makes him so hated by both the media and the Democrats?

This discussion takes on the most common claims from the LGBTQ community including why some behavior, such as eating pork and shellfish or wearing of mixed fabrics were once considered sinful in the Old Testament but are now accepted practices, so why isn't homosexuality? Why, if Jesus is about love, tolerance, acceptance and forgiveness, is homosexuality not accepted? Did Jesus say that some Eunuchs were, "born that way" and that, "Eunuchs were gay"? Other topics include: Is it possible to be gay and Christian? What about the growth of "gay affirming" churches? Are the claims that the Bible says that Saul's sons David and Jonathan were lovers or that Ruth and Naomi were lesbian lovers true?

The Crawford Roundtable examines the LGBTQ issue--are some people predisposed to homosexuality? Is there a "Gay" gene? And, if that gene was discovered, would that then mean that homosexuality is no longer a sin, or that God, "made them 'that way'"? The Roundtable will also discuss transgenderism. Is gender fluid, and do feelings determine gender? Other discussions include whether or not Christians should use "preferred' gender pronouns. Should Christians attend a "gay wedding"? Is it a bad witness if Christian businesses refuse to support gay marriages? And why do Christians seemingly focus more on the sin of homosexuality as opposed to other sins like adultery, fornication, drunkenness, greed, etc.

In the wake of Hurricane Dorian The Crawford Roundtable addresses Global Warming and Climate change claims--are they true? Does the media hyper-cover hurricanes and other so called, "extreme weather" perceptions? Is the perception that the media overlooks the Christian organizations that are always on the front lines in the aftermath of weather related disasters accurate? The Crawford Roundtable also discusses what scripture says and does not say about our stewardship of the Earth.

With the magnitude of mass shootings happening in the United States, most recently Dayton and El Paso, the National Crawford Roundatable takes a hard look at gun ownership and 2nd Amendment Rights from a Christian perspective. Should Christians own guns? Would Jesus own a gun? Does gun ownership show a lack of faith in God? How do you reconcile gun ownership with God's commandment, "Thou Shalt Not Kill"? In addition the Crawford Roundtable discusses the efficacy, or lack thereof, in banning assault weapons, intensifying Universal Background checks, and creating gun free zones in schools and churches.

In this premiere episode the National Crawford Roundtable hosts talk about Israel’s denial of entry for U.S. Representatives Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar because of their anti-Semitic comments and support of the BDS movement. The discussion will include why the U.S. should support Israel geopolitically and why Christians should support Israel spiritually. And the topic of the growth of Messianic Judaism and the false perception that being Jewish and Christian is a contradiction will also be discussed.
