Leah Jantzen is an elite endurance athlete, life coach, motivational speaker and mother of four. She finds the time to compete in the Boston Marathon every spring and recently qualified to race at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii next October. Leah uses her expert mental conditioning skills to perform at the highest level and teaches others to maximize their mindset.
She a self-help author, speaker, triathlete and performance coach living on Long Island. Leah is a firm believer in the infinite potential residing in every one of us, and has dedicated her life to helping others realize it.
The creator of Train Your Brain—a system for boosting mental fitness—Leah instructs her clients to clearly see an athletic goal in their mind, then guides them through the process of training their bodies to achieve that goal, utilizing the same principles she used to build a successful business.
Leah received her professional training through Coach University, a worldwide leader in coach training. Leah also holds a Masters Degree in Counseling and a graduate certificate in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Long Island University at C.W. Post College.

Kevin Walker is a brother, son, husband, and soon to be a dad. He was born and raised on Long Island, New York, and still currently lives there.
He has a background in psychology and school counseling but is currently a leader and the director of media for Jesse Itzler's brand BYLR/ Build Your Life Resume. Whether it's running social media or managing talent, his approach is a "whatever it takes" mentality to keep things going and to make sure it's a success. Kevin is also a co-host of the Live SOTE podcast with his brother Brian which you can find at the newly launched BYLR radio which is a free app you can download. Amy Tucker
Amy Tucker is 45 year old mom to a 14 year old son, Trent, married for 18 years to Wayne, step Mom to a daughter Jeri, and son Clay. Amy grew up in Abbeville, SC, and graduated with a BS in Chemistry from Lander University in 1998. Amy began working at the age of 14 and managed to pay most of her own way through college. In her senior year (1998) she was recruited to work as a Process Improvement Engineer at Milliken and Co. She traveled internationally and independently working as a liaison with many Fortune 500 companies and the manufacturing facilities of Milliken. In 2003 she made a career move to Pharmaceutical Sales where she spent the next 15 years. In 2018, she created her own company and brand, Salty Britches® as a result of a need her young son had.
Amy has always had a love and attraction for all things outdoors. She has hunted throughout the country often chasing the ever elusive wild turkey. She enjoys shooting shotguns and now traveling to take her son to shotgun competitions. Amy enjoys hiking, trail running and walking, mountain biking, and spending time with family on the lake.
