He was a walk-on and starter for 2 years at prestigious Georgetown University Football. At the time of this recording, Stephanie McConnell was serving as principal at Hawkins Elementary. She currently serves as superintendent of Hawkins ISD.
Born in El Paso, Texas, Rick Ramirez was raised without his biological father along with his 6 siblings in the projects while on every government assistance program available. Following high school, Rick joined the Marine Corps where he realized he wanted to be a teacher. He's a graduate from The University of Texas at El Paso, with a BA in history and education and a Master's in Educational Leadership and has received his principal's certification. In addition to teaching, Rick is a 3x Golden Glove champion and current trainer. Rick also started a non-profit organization designed to give back to the neighborhood he grew up in and still live in. Today, Rick travels the nation speaking to educators and students.
Dr. Belinda George is the principal at Homer Drive Elementary School in Beaumont ISD and has received national attention for her Tucked In Tuesdays on Facebook Live.
Austin Lanier is a music artist and motivational speaker from Newport News, Virginia. His music is played on nationally syndicated radio stations across the country, and he travels all over the U.S and internationally to impact the audiences that he is honored to connect with. He has an incredible story of setbacks and breakdowns that have led him to breakthroughs!

Dr. Toni Hull is Principal of the Mesilla Valley Leadership Academy and Lynn Community Middle School in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She has 25 years of experience as an educator in NY and NM, including teaching science for 17 years, coaching teachers for 7 years and serving as an administrator for the last 4 years. Dr. Hull is a Teacher Ambassador Fellow for the US Department of Education and Woodrow Wilson MBA Fellow. She is also Assistant Professor of educational leadership for New Mexico State University.
Todd Nesloney is the Director of Culture and Strategic Leadership for the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association (TEPSA). He has been recognized by the White House, John C Maxwell, National School Board Association, Center for Digital Education, and many more for his work in education. In addition to his 3 books, including the hit Kids Deserve It, Todd also hosts a highly rated podcast, #TellYourStory. Todd is passionate about eliminating excuses and finding whatever ways to do what's best for kids.
