This weeks Yelp review hails from the great state of New Jersey, at a barbecue joint. Wellness pieces of advice you give, but don’t heed. Pasta talk and testing out the ‘ole ‘if it sticks’ method. A massive vegan festival is coming to Sam Houston Racetrack this Saturday. And a tasting menu occasion not to miss with the Richards clan at Pico’s!

But for real, "What's The Dill" with everyone fasting these days? Followed by a "Management Corner" discussion on the importance of training new hires, and a two-fer on "What Kate Ate" at BCN Taste & Tradition AND Nobie's.

This week Pre-Shift discusses "What's the Dill" with the tasty syrah coming out of France's Northern Rhône region. "What's in The Bag" was animal product themed and might have both been purchased from gas stations. Followed by a friendly game of M, F, K sports stars.

A "What's The Dill" discussion on Japanese Beef and the "Top 6" sexiest movies. Ayyy. But only after "What's In The Bag" sweet tooth edition.

Double Dill this week as Pre-Shift discusses Malbec and Lamb. Following that, a quick discussion on the unspoken vibes that exist amongst guests and staff. As well as the quickest way to break a fever.

"What's In The Bag," this week it was beer from 8th Wonder Brewery and a few Belgians we picked up from Spec's Midtown. Which made us all super hungry to talk about "What's the Dill" with hot dog wieners and the like. And to finish it all off a "Top 6" discussion on must see musical acts before they die.

What's in the bag this week? Blood Bros. BBQ, that's what. And to wash it all down, the gang discusses rosé wine. "Top 6": a discussion on kids in restaurants, the good, the bad, and... spoiler alert: Brossa accidentally knocked a baby out of a car seat once.

Kate and Brossa hit up the Rice University Farmer's Market for "What's in the Bag." The trio dips into the "The Management Corner" to discuss applications and the interviewing process. And in the thick of Spring, we just had to discuss the "Top 6" reasons why we love it.

Kate and Brossa switch it up with “What’s in the Bag” by visiting each others favorite grocery store. “Top 6” debuts with a mouthwatering discussion on sandwiches. The “Butter Buns” from Flying Pho— an innovative new baked good coming out of Houston. And we also discussed male birth control.

In this episode, Kate and Brossa chose two tasty beverages from their favorite stores Central Market and Whole Foods. We discuss corks versus screw caps as well as ordering wine, what’s the deal with the taste test? And finally, a frosty, thirst-quenching treat everyone needs to seek out in some shape or form.

On another segment of “What’s in the bag,” Kate gets Brian back for feeding her baking soda last week. Farmer Brian informs us where chickens really come from... and the delicious burger special at The Burger Joint.
