Since last season our family has grown by two humans and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Our first season was cut a little short because of some serious pregnancy complications but we are so thrilled to be back and around the table fostering the conversations on the podcast again.
In this episode Zac and Ebie are having a casual conversation about transition. We share about the huge changes that have happened in our personal lives and how we have navigated them. In this episode we chat with Nick and Whitney Runyon, founders of The Archibald Project, an organization committed to educating and ending the orphan crisis. Nick and Whitney adopted three siblings from The Republic of Congo in 2019. This episode goes along with our "Dealing with Adoption Fears" PDF. Kate is a beautiful 40 year old single mama who adopted 5 children through foster care. In this episode we focus primarily on adopting while single, the fears of a child being "taken away" while adopting, and many other common fears when considering adoption. Zac Hepworth and Ebie Hepworth are two very passionate people. They have been married since 2014 and have been apart of the fight against human trafficking for over 5 years. In 2017 they adopted their two beautiful children and started the journey of doing family well.
