Henoc Muamba is a 10 year pro football veteran playing for 3 seasons in the NFL and 7 seasons in the CFL. Born in the Congo (Africa), Henoc and his family migrated to Canada where he grew up, started playing football in High School, growing into a Defensive Player of the Year award recipient (Presidents Cup) in College which is the equivalent to the Dick Butkus award in the NCAA. He navigated his way to the NFL via a 3 year career in Winnipeg (CFL). After 3 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts and Dallas Cowboys he made his way back to the CFL (Montreal, Saskatchewan) where he is still active for the Alouettes.
Henoc's story is motivating in itself, but we talk about our driving factors throughout our careers and how our WHY's have changed and kept us going over the years. We also talk about how building your resume and brand outside of football is equally important and should be emphasized more than it is for athletes.

Vince Duffy is a Mental Skills Coach and Founder of The MetaNu, a mental wellness company based out of Pittsburgh, PA. Vince was a college baseball player at Clarion University, where he developed a common mental block in baseball called the "yips". His journey to overcoming this hurdle as a young athlete led him down the path to studying sports psychology and ultimately launching his own company to help athletes and high performing business people with their mental health and ability to consistently perform at a high level.
Vince and Ian talk about how they met at Terry Grossetti's gym in New Castle, PA while speaking to the NFL draft class to prepare them financially and mentally for what they were about to encounter. Vince talks about what it is like to work with professional athletes and also how his business has evolved to help more than just athletes and how we all can benefit from a mental wellness checkup during COVID and the holidays.

Zac was a captain and three time all-conference defensive end at Mercyhurst College graduating in 2008. Bryant Turner Jr. is a real estate agent and investor in Birmingham, Alabama. He retired from professional football in 2017 after playing 7 seasons in the CFL. We touch on his football career and how his development as a pro helped him transition into the next chapter of his life as a realtor.
