1) 7 day challenge: Everyday for 7 days write down 7 things you are aware of that you are thankful for and feel blessed for...they have to be different things each day.
2)To go the extra step share those with someone you live with, on social media, or do this challenge with a friend and call and share what you are aware of each day.

1) Chart your current Habits? Write down the way you spend your time, are more things you do contributing to a positive mind set, or a negative one? Ex/ how much time do you spend on social media, watching the news, watching T.V. or Netflix? How much time do you spend on podcasts, personal development books, online course?
2) Plant good seeds! Find a Bible verse, positive song lyrics, or a uplifting quote. Write it down so you can read it every day. Memorize it!
Watch and be encouraged as you find new things coming to your mind and out of your mouth as you start planting good seeds in the garden of your mind!

Today was all about awareness! Awareness of your thoughts, beliefs, and what you say.
Here are some steps to help move toward your goals...
1) What story are you currently telling yourself? (ask a trusted friend or spouse if you are having trouble identifying it)
2) What do you desire?
3) What do you need to believe to move toward what you desire?
4) Write down your new story and memorize it.
5) Every time you hear yourself tell your old story or start thinking about it...STOP! Read or say your new story outloud.
6) Ask a friend or a spouse to hold you accountable and speak up when they hear your old story.
