We have a fascinating ability as humans to shift our focus, to move our mind in different directions--even back and forth through time. When we feel anxious or stressed, we also have the capability to turn back toward God. Sometimes we have to do this a thousand times in a minute; however, interior freedom and peace are available when we remember to do it.
Can being disliked actually be a sign that you're being your freest self?
Perseverance, grit, resilience... concepts that are nuanced but interconnected. When combined with forgiveness, these qualities can fuel us to move forward more easily.
