On this 4th of July episode, Frank and Richard sit out on Frank's back porch with fireworks going off in the background as Frank talks about attending Criss Angel's pool party earlier in the day.  The guys run down the UFC 200 card and try to find a fight that couldn't headline any other card on its' own.  Bert Kreisher speculated on his podcast as to whether or not he could kill Frank in his sleep, and Frank handicaps how that scenario might play out.  Frank also hosted a slumber party over the weekend for his teenage daughter and a few dozen of her friends, and talked about one point during the party games when he worried that his daughter might be a little too similar to her dad when it comes to competitiveness.

Frank's former opponent Tim Sylvia joins the show to tell some never before heard behind the scenes stories from their infamous 2004 title fight that saw Frank win the UFC heavyweight championship for the first time. Richard plays some tense audio from a conference call that he had earlier in the day with Dominick Cruz & Urijah Faber.  Frank tells his story of a chance encounter he had with UFC flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson over the weekend in Mexico.  Richard goes one on one with Jorge Masvidal, & poses questions at UFC Fight Night media day to Cody Garbrandt, Renan Barao, Jeremy Stephens, Bryan Caraway & Aljamain Sterling. 

Adam Carolla joins the show to talk about podcasting and the influence that his background as an amateur boxer has had on his broadcasting career.  Adam also discusses the upcoming show that Frank will be doing with him live on stage in July.  Frank and Richard recap UFC 198, in part via a swapcast segment that features UFC fighter "Smiling" Sam Alvey & his MMA Latest "Pound For Pound" podcast co-host Jordan Killion.  Frank's striking coach Angelo Reyes also stops by to try to explain to Frank and Richard why the Conor McGregor versus Floyd Mayweather rumor isn't as far fetched as most people think.

Richard talks to Alistair Overeem about his win over Andrei Arlovski, & Overeem states his case for the winner of this weekend's Werdum/Miocic heavyweight title fight.  

The guys preview the Arlovski vs. Overeem fight, as Frank looks at how two of his former opponents match up against each other.  The NFL is formally warning its' players to be wary of consuming meat in certain foreign countries, & Frank talks about how that factors into his already existing concerns about what meat he might have been exposed to in Australia.  Richard calls up a professional dominatrix friend of his to explain to Frank a part of the sexual universe that he never knew existed.  Donald Trump accuses Ted Cruz's father of associating with Lee Harvey Oswald, & North Carolina's "bathroom bill" is debated and discussed. 

UFC flyweight champion Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson calls in to talk about his latest title defense win at UFC 197.  The UFC 200 main event has been announced, as Frank & Richard discuss whether it makes a suitable replacement for Conor McGregor's absence.  Richard tells a hooker story that enlightens Frank as to the meaning of the word "cuckhold". 

Frank and Richard take to the road to attend the 6th edition of the Eddie Bravo Invitational jiu jitsu tournament in Los Angeles.  This episode was recorded as the guys drove back to Las Vegas, discussing the Conor McGregor/UFC 200 hold out, recapping the UFC 197 card, and telling stories from their appearances over the weekend on "The Fighter & The Kid" & "The Church Of What's Happening Now".

Jiu jitsu champion Garry Tonon joins the show to talk about competing in the upcoming Eddie Bravo Invitational 6 open weight tournament, and tells some great stories about his instructor and BJJ master John Danaher.  Frank gives an update on his USADA failed test & where he's at in the due process.  

In the immediate aftermath of being notified by USADA that he has tested positive for a banned substance, Frank Mir discusses the situation in depth exclusively on his podcast. 

UFC women's strawweight Heather Jo Clark joins the show on location to talk about her upcoming fight and her plant based vegan diet that is getting her ready for it.  UFC lightweight James Vick checks in from his UFC 197 training camp to talk about his impressive run in the organization since the Ultimate Fighter live season.  Frank and Richard review their current celebrity death pool rosters, and along the way get into an epic O.J. Simpson murder discussion.  Richard recounts his experience with male strippers, and Frank and Ricky understandably have questions.  

Chael Sonnen returns to the show to share his thoughts on Mir's fight with Mark Hunt, and provide his analysis of the 2016 presidential candidates.  Frank and Richard give their takes on Jon Jones' latest arrest.  The guys provide dueling concert reviews from Justin Bieber and Slayer concerts that they attended over Easter weekend.

Mir is back from Australia, and he speaks for the first time since his return home about his loss to Mark Hunt, as well as addresses Brian Stann's suggestion for him to retire.  Eddie Bravo joins the show to preview EBI 6, and Frank surprises his daughter with Justin Bieber tickets on the air.

Frank does the show this week from Brisbane, Australia where he will fight Mark Hunt this weekend.  Richard & Frank discuss Mir's experience down under, & the game plan for Saturday's fight is discussed.  The guys discuss Matt Mitrione's free agent signing with Bellator, as well as Ken Shamrock & Kimbo Slice both testing positive for banned substances.  Hunter and Mir also jump down a jiu jitsu nerd hole, offering some in depth thoughts on the state of BJJ in mixed martial arts.

This week the guys are out at No Regrets Bar in Las Vegas, joined in person by X Games BMX superstar T. J. Lavin.  T.J. partners with Uriah Faber in the Torque clothing line, and is a huge UFC fan.  The guys give their predictions for UFC 196, as well as recap last weekend's UFC London upset of Anderson Silva by Michael Bisping.  The Las Vegas Review-Journal's Adam Hill also stops by to spill a few media secrets with Richard about the unwritten rules of the MMA press corps.  

UFC Fight Pass GM Eric Winter joins Frank & Richard live from London to preview this weekend's blockbuster Anderson Silva/Michael Bisping fight, as well as discuss the big things coming soon to the digital platform.  The guys also discuss the news that Conor McGregor will now face Nate Diaz at UFC 196, and they react to audio from the press conference.  Bellator 149 is also recapped, with close scrutiny on the controversial co main event between Kimbo Slice and Dada 5000.

Frank, Ricky & Richard are joined by Frank's striking coach Angelo Reyes as they preview UFC Fight Night in Pittsburg, as well as the Royce Gracie/Ken Shamrock trilogy fight at Bellator 149.  The guys also discuss Nike's decision to drop Manny Pacquiao for controversial remarks about homosexuality, and along the way they compare horror stories about unsanitary training conditions.

Frank & Richard recap their evening together at The World MMA Awards, and share their thoughts on the main event at UFC Fight Night 82 between Stephen "Wonder Boy" Thompson and Johny Hendricks.  Along the way, the guys digress down a political rabbit hole for an epic session of intellectual discourse.
