Jason Redd with Timber Ninja Outdoors joins Greg and Eric this week to chat about gear, mobile setups, hunting safety, and hunting for the adventure.
Greg and Eric have a conversation about conservation with Marcus Ewing of the Average Conservationist. Marcus is a Michigan native that grew up hunting public land and eventually fell in love with bow hunting. He's partnered up with 2 Percent for Conservation and 10% of his product sales go directly towards conservation!

Marc has put boots to the ground in big woods over the last seven years before he started having success putting down mature bucks in these desolate areas. Derek Malcore out of Wisconsin recently moved from Northern, WI to South Eastern, WI. New to new public land territory, Derek put in some time scouting new small public land parcels and hand a few sits without seeing any deer at all. On his latest sit, though he spotted some fresh buck sign and along with it came fresh hunter sign, too. Public land hunting in a populated area is no easy feat and isn't for the faint of heart. Derek was able to make a few quick judgment calls and capitalized on getting into an area with promising signs of sure buck bedding and got it done! This week's episode is Derek's story of his 2020 Southeastern, WI public land buck!
