The Ace Initiative plays on your desire to work from home and be your own boss. They offer you to sell their "affiliate" opportunity to the world and everyone else can sell the exact same thing. Does that really make sense?
Behind what they offer initially is to get you to buy a very expensive water filtration device and the only way to get it is to join and then you can do the same thing. Just rinse and repeat exactly what they do and the world is your oyster, so they want you to believe. Fake gurus are all over. The dream they sell you is just snake oil in disguise. Like all the other high "ranking" Enagic huns, The Ace Initiative leads you to join Enagic.

Since then I have learned a lot about those who reach the rank of 6A Enagic tend to create an alternative path to joining Enagic. They trap you by offering a FREE webinar and entice you with supposed "success" stories.
Darren and Mike, like other Enagic "leaders" are NOT upfront at all about what you get involved with when you say YES to the "opportunity" they present. Be careful. Be very careful who you listen to and believe. Don't stop at this podcast. Do your own research. Use the sources I cite when I do deep dives and continue to ask questions. Ted Nuyten did just that. In an attempt to legitimize the industry Ted serves up a list of recommended distributors. Granted, each one featured PAID to be on the list. He also lists top companies. They too PAY Ted. Basically, any information you get from Te's Business for Home, someone paid for it to be there. Yeah it's such a legit business that there is a paid company to make everyone think it is possible to make a great income shilling MLM crap.

Wine MLMs are NOT providing you with some sort of "amazing" wine. The truth is you pay a lot more for what you get. You are better off going to the grocery store or better yet, make a purchase directly from a vineyard. Scout and Cellar do not have a vineyard of their own. They repackage juice and sell it at a premium price.

Honestly, when I was in the thick of hunbotting, I was such an advocate and as educated as I am (4 degrees in total) I did not see clearly. I think I was blinded because I had been treated so poorly when I went through breast cancer and subsequently laid off—I was seeking something other than working in a large organization and I did not want to keep doing the work of an instructional designer even though I have my second advanced degree in instructional technology. I was at a vulnerable place mentally and the MLM seemed to be the answer, but it wasn’t.
The best thing you can do is File a Report with the FTC if you were ever a part of an MLM and were impacted by the experience. Most former MLMers are very unlikely to file reports. I think that has to do with being embarrassed or ashamed and MLMs are counting on that.
I urge you to tell your story and encourage anyone your know that has too. File with the FTC. Until the FTC is flooded with each incident about each company, nothing will change. Your voice adds fuel to the fire. The only way we can make a change is to speak out. MLMs count on the fact you will not take action. Become a voice.
