Lets Build That App

In this episode, I wanted to talk briefly about some of my experiences as a Computer Science student vs some of the things I've seen being a Programmer in the real world. Hopefully you can walk away from this episode with some questions answered and maybe you can set some better expectations for CS degree programs and real world engineering.

My story on how I got my first taste of the world of programming. It'll surprise some of you that I actually started out with learning how to create graphics using Photoshop and Flash. Hope you find my story interesting, looking forward to anyone that wants to share their story as well.

In this episode, we go over a rather quick example application and trying to implement a solution using both Storyboard and Pure Programmatic Code. I will try to do this as quickly as possible just to illustrate how simple it is to use code for ordinary, tedious tasks.
