In Tha Moment
This podcast is about living in the moment and focusing on the present. I believe that one of our biggest downfalls in life is not knowing how to live in the moment and I want to help change that. Sometimes we get so caught up in what happened yesterday and what will happen tomorrow that we don't focus on what's happening today. In each episode, I talk about different topics and how living in the moment can help solve dilemmas we face in life.
I talk about why I started making videos called Black & Small Buys with Brooklyn Dun.

It's Black History Month! For this episode, I discuss how BHM first started and how a school made it an option for it's students to celebrate it.
I discuss the issue with Chris Williams on season 12 episode 3 of Married At First Sight. I find it extremely problematic that they casted this man on the show. I briefly touch on DaniLeigh's song yellow bone as well.

This is the first episode of the "Quarantine Series." I wanted to do a series about the different aspects of being stuck in the house. The first one is focused on dieting and staying active because it's very easy to gain weight during this time since there isn't much to do. Heather Reed is a fitness instructor with Next Phase Studio and the two locations are in Bethesda and Arlington in Maryland. Heather gave some great tips about what to eat and what not to eat and talks about different things you can use to work out with such as toilet paper.

As Black/African Americans, and Black people across the diaspora, we have to stop using skin tone as a way to put down each other. Dark skin is beautiful and shouldn't be used to belittle our men, women, boys and girls. No matter your skin tone, you are still beautiful and the only reassurance that you need is in the mirror.
