Two Empaths share their stories and help each other heal and release.

The Empath and the Alchemist: There's the Empath (the negative energy sponge) a subject or sacrificial lamb of the world's emotional baggage. Everybody here was once that or is that (to a degree) and is learning how to not be that to whatever degree the potential of their soul (their shell, the nervous system, and their ego) will allow. Then there's the Alchemist (a transmuter of energy/emotions) also an Empath. The difference is he/she applies an understanding of universal law (via the 7 Hermetic principles) to the state of his/her emotional body via meditation. To actively heal or learn to transmute emotional pain into spiritual gain or power (think Christ or Buddha) Here is a link to The Kybalion (A guide to Hermetic philosophy) a must-read for all Empaths. Until you learn how to apply the inner sciences to take control of your emotional state, inner peace, and your life as a result. "The lips of wisdom are closed, except to the ears of Understanding" -The Kybalion "Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave. But anyone who does what pleases God will live forever." - John 2:15-17

As we isolate ourselves, to focus on and heal our own pain. Do we risk becoming like those who cause it? Both the Narcissist and the Empath (if compassionate enough) eventually relinquish care for the world/humanity. But they do so at different stages and based in different reasons. The Narcissist is essentially weak and let’s go of their care for the world/humanity based on fear and willful ignorance. Avoidance of pain/the Soul/the true self and God which leads to selfishness and greed. A focus on the preservation of the flesh and the ego, the false self (which passes away). While the Empath is strong enough to stay the course. Enduring the full gamut of pain and the subsequent wisdom it offers before he or she lets go of the care of the world/humanity through willful submission to God’s/the Souls will. To find faith in a higher power/calling based in love. With a focus on the preservation of the true self or Soul. He or she understands that man via the flesh is playing out a dream that they themselves have awaken from. A dream that they no longer concern themselves with, outside of the raising of consciousness in it (from within). As they know that the only thing real (eternal) in the dream is the Soul and we are all one connected by the Soul and that all dreams come to an end. Initially, as Empaths we're attracted to Narcissists because not caring (being carefree). Is the polarity or state of being we greatly desire to achieve on a subconscious level. We see/can sense the power and effectiveness (on a human level) that comes from and with not caring or being anxious. The issue is… with Narcissists, they stopped caring prematurely (without completion)… and for the wrong reasons. Due to their inherent weakness and lack of humility. They forgo the process of Knowledge, Action, Pain, Introspection and subsequent Wisdom. Needed to reach enlightenment and find surrender, stillness, true peace and faith. That isn’t subject to change, based in status, what “they have” or who or what they “control” in the illusion. As Empaths we are often bogged down with the tension and anxiety that comes with care and concern and yet it may seem as if they have already found this “peace” through not caring… but as Martin Luther King jr. once wrote: “True peace is not merely the absence of tension: it is the presence of justice.” Those who have found Faith know that, that Justice and true peace, as a result. Comes through one man who has shown the greatest empathy.

But that is not the way you learned Christ! - assuming that you have heard about him and were taught in him, as the truth is in him, to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness."

But there will be glory and honor and peace from God for all who do good—for the Jew first and also for the Gentile. For God does not show favoritism. When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God’s written law. And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it. For merely listening to the law doesn’t make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in his sight. Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right. And this is the message I proclaim—that the day is coming when God, through Christ, will judge everyone’s secret life."

In this episode we break down the metaphysics of Narcissism. Letting go of your humanity (love of the world) in-order to get ahead in the world vs letting go of humanity (love of the world) through a process of surrender, faith and enlightenment. And not dimming your light to be around fake Friends and Family during that process.

As Empaths, we want to love, care and share with others. But if you need others outside ourselves to love in order to feel good. At what point does that love become dependency or fear of being alone and introspective in order to deal with our own pain? The key is to love, care and save yourself. If we are all one than like Christ through you elevating beyond the pain of your human plight we are all elevated as a collective. When those former energy vampires are humbled enough through the trials of life. They will humbly seek the proper guidance on their own. Until then know thy self and remember that kindness in regards to them means not allowing yourself to be their vampiric enabler. While they learn humility in order to seek God in their own lives, on their own time and from there own energy.
