The Boulet Brothers' Creatures of the Night

On this episode of CREATURES OF THE NIGHT, the Boulet Brothers worship at the altar of A24 and writer/director Rose Glass’ psychological horror, “Saint Maud” before blessing everyone with a bonus review of a secret chosen film. We further explore the literary world of Brian Lumley's, “Necroscope” and learn about the nuance of ancient Vampires, Satyr men and humans as the real monsters. Finally, our Haunting of History takes us to a seaside attraction in South Carolina where the body count mounted for decades, culminating in a decapitation at “Haunted Harbor”.

Special guest Katya joins us this episode to discuss everything from the Lords of Acid and fame to the deadly spiders in her house and how she combats them. The Creature Feature movie review is writer/director Steven Kostanski’s sci-fi comedy horror, “Psycho Goreman” and the Boulets crack open the cover of Brian Lumley’s vampire classic, “Necroscope” for the Creatures of The Night literary review. We round out the episode with listener questions and the tale of the 5000 year old cursed statue known as, "The Woman from Lemb”.

The Boulet Brothers return in grand fashion to kick off the second season of CREATURES OF THE NIGHT! The Boulet Brothers and crew fall into the autumn season and take a retrospective look at Stephen King's, "Children of the Corn" short story (and the film it inspired) in the show's new literary segment. The Boulets talk about building confidence on stage, the crew reviews the latest horror news from Hollywood, and Swanthula delves into the secrets of The Bell Witch in this episodes' Haunting of History.
