What are your first few thoughts in the morning? Are they positive or negative? Mornings are an independent time where we choose when we wake up and begin our day. It is a transitioning period from our sleep to our busy activities. It is important that we have positive habits set up for ourselves while we are a bit groggy, in effort to intentionally set ourselves up for a successful day.
