The End of An Era When Alicia, Cassandra and Kelly started The Water Trio Astrology Podcast, it was under the exciting and opportunistic vibes of Jupiter in Sagittarius. Then we streamlined our format under Jupiter in Capricorn, and now under the Jupiter in Aquarius energy we are saying goodbye - but jusfor now. We want to thank each and every one of you. Whether you've been with us at the start or have recently discovered this podcast, we've loved having you join our friendship and our sharing of our astrology knowledge. In fact, it's our friendship that has prompted the decision to put The Water Trio onto flight mode (remember flight mode?) for a while. We spent more time working on this podcast (don't get us wrong, we love it) than we did just simply being friends. And with 2020, being 2020, not even the in-person astrology events or get-togethers to look forward to, made us cherish our online time together as friends even more. We are taking time out to recover and reassess after this exceptionally crazy year and ponder what the future might look beyond Saturn's rings. So as a trio, we bid you adieu. Late June and early July brings a number of planets changing signs and direction: Venus will go direct in Gemini in June 25, Mars moves into Aries on June 27 and Saturn will move back into Capricorn on July 1. And there’s one more eclipse to round out this mid-year eclipse season, the Full Moon or lunar eclipse in Capricorn on July 5, which is the last eclipse on the Cancer/Capricorn axis, bringing to an end the eclipse cycle of the past two years. We also talk about Jupiter conjunct Pluto in Capricorn, happening for the second time on June 30 and the potential for transformation and major structural change this aspect can indicate. Mid May is busy with lots of astrological activity, including Venus retrograde in Gemini, Mars in Pisces and the New Moon in Gemini. Venus goes retrograde in Gemini on May 13 and continues her dance with Neptune. Expect some confusion, as well as a change in pace and focus for the next six weeks while Venus moves backwards. We chat about Venus being invisible, moving from evening to morning star and being near the fixed star Bellatrix. We also discuss how this Venus retrograde relates to May and June of 2012. Mars moves into Pisces on May 13 too and we talk about what this might mean for daily life: will things get better? Will any lift or improvements be temporary or long-lasting? Welcome back to a busy final fortnight of February 2020, set against a backdrop of Mercury retrograde in Pisces. First, Mars in Capricorn trines Uranus in Taurus, giving a shot of adrenaline to break out of a routine or the chance to find a new direction to put that strong energy into.
