This podcast is all about fitness and nutrition with an IT slant. If you are interested in technology and fitness, this podcast might be exactly what you are looking for. John Sonmez and Iris Classon originally started the podcast in 2013 and are two experienced developers as well as fitness geeks. They helped many get in shape, lose weight, gain muscle and learn how to eat right during their weekly discussion about all things fitness and nutrition. How can you determine if something is a scientific research study or an article? Look for the following: -Who funded the study? -Validity: external, internal and construct -The study should be on at least 50 people -What is the P value? -Did all participants finish the study? -How are they getting people to sign up? -How is data reported? -Does it have a blind study or at least a control group? -University or Government studies are usually valid Go to Google Scholar or your university library for full research studies.
