It’s the season finale and we are going out with a BANG! This week I am joined by an actual superstar from across the pond, the one, the only, Mary Fitzgerald, star of Netflix’ Selling Sunsets. How the hell did I get Mary on my little podcast?! We talk billion-dollar houses in the Hollywood Hills and I get the inside scoop on all of the Oppenheim group gossip...Is Christine really that extra in real life?! Thank you for joining me on my podcast journey so far, I am loving this so much and I will be back VERY soon!

This week I am having a good old chinwag with one of my favourite people in the industry, Mr Eamonn Holmes. I can’t wait for you all to hear this one- the man is bursting with charisma and every bit as warm and hilarious as he seems on daytime TV. We talk about home life with the lovely Ruth and his dog Poppy, and how he has achieved longevity in both his marriage and his amazing career. PLUS, there is a little guest appearance from the one and only Duncan James from Blue at the beginning of the podcast.

Myleene may have shown me up a bit this podcast with her knowledge of lightbulbs and knowing how to change a tire, but she is absolutely right- waiting for someone to do something for you, whether it be your fella or your mam, won’t leave you feeling capable or empowered!

Be prepared to feel empowered lasses, this week we have the absolute fire-cracker, super mum and the ultimate feisty lady Myleene Klass on the podcast. She’s helped me realise that I need to sort my shit out and learn to change a lightbulb without the help of a man- who's with me! We talk about that world-famous white bikini, ruining the eco system of Hampstead Heath and muddling through lockdown with 5 children running around the house.

I’m back in Part 2 with the brilliant Jess Plummer. Jess is best known for her recent role as Chantelle Atkins in Eastenders, where she played out one of the soap’s most disturbing domestic abuse storylines with incredible sensitivity. We talk more about the role and its impact on her as well as what’s next- Hollywood no doubt!!

This week we have our first ever leading lady on the podcast- the one and only Jess Plummer. Ercan and I have been wrestling with the remote over whether to watch Corrie or Eastenders for most of the pandemic. BUT, even as a Corrie fan, I was so moved by Jess’ performance as Chantelle Atkins on the show and I couldn’t wait to get her on to hear all about it. In Part 1 we talk about how she lived out every girls dream as a teenager- being scouted in the street and whisked straight into the girlband Neon Jungle- jammy bastard!! We also of course talk all things I’m A Celebrity 2020!!! Jess and I had barely crossed paths before this interview but she brought so much fun and energy I wish she could come back every week!

Whether it's refusing to feel guilty for the odd lazy day on the sofa or rejecting the TOWIE drama, Miss Kousoulou is always her own woman. I wanted to know her Secret To Doing Things Your Own Way.

Towie royalty has arrived! This week I had the absolute pleasure of chatting to the one and only Georgia Kousoulou. She is an absolute queen and I’ve loved watching her and her blossoming relationship with the one and only Tommy Mallet on our screens for the past 7 years. We talk about mood swings, pregnancy, lazy days and most importantly our love of maccies. Georgia was both hilarious and refreshingly honest about the pressures of pregnancy, social media and productivity- what a woman!!

Liv hasn't always had people banging down her door asking her to make TV show, she's as successful as she is because she doesn't take no for an answer and makes things happen for herself! So I wanted to know Liv's Secret To Making Your Dreams Come True.

This week I have a much-needed natter with my beautiful pal Olivia Atwood. The lady needs no introduction! We chat all things Love Island fame- I will be forever grateful to her for introducing the terms ‘dicksand’ and ‘the ick’ into my vocabulary that summer, as well as her engagement and wedding plans with her lovely fiancee Bradley. It’s been an emotional week for everyone as this marks a year since the death of the wonderful Caroline Flack. Liv pays a beautiful tribute to Caroline as a friend, role-model and huge emotional support to her. I would love to dedicate this episode to Caroline- the world has a lot less light and laughter without you.

It's nearly Valentine's Day folks and prepare to have your heart well and truly melted by the LOVELY Matt Willis. We were all swooning by the end of this one. Matt is of course one third of one of the world's most famous boybands- Busted! We take a trip down memory lane and talk about all things Busted- the combat trousers, the frosted tips and the fishnet T-shirts. Plus, I find out how Matt is getting on in the teacher's chair whilst the kids are at home.

In Part 2 Ercan and I tackle another couple of dilemmas- a cancelled wedding and dating in your 30’s. What a liberating chat this was! It reminded me of the importance of opening up and rationalising our worries that become so loud if left alone! Please keep your emails coming, I love hearing from you all!

I’m back with a bang with a guest I’ve been trying to get on my little podcast for FOREVER. It is the one and only Love island Queen and of course fellow geordie Amber Gill. Having won all of our hearts last year on the tele, Amber was every bit as honest, fiery and down to earth as I remembered her. I seriously could have chatted to her all day- she is my kind of girl down to a T. We spoke about all sorts from Love Island and finding fame at such a young age, to recently being disgustingly trolled for her weight online. I seriously took on the role as Granny Patto/Agony Aunt with Amber for some reason, so expect inspirational quotes a plenty in this episode.

It's about time I was joined by another member of the North East massive. This week the one and only Scarlett Moffatt!!! If you don't know Scarlett lets just say we've got a few things in common- fellow northerner, jungle-queen, presenter, champion of women. Scarlett became famous following a series of brilliant one-liners on Gogglebox and she hasn't stopped making people laugh since, myself included! This was one of my favourite ever episodes to record- Scarlett is an absolute hoot and I nearly wet myself laughing on multiple occasions. The production team didn't know what had hit them with two northern lasses on the line!!

Roman has returned! In Part Two we deal with the big questions- Will every girlfriend Roman ever has fancy his Dad?
But seriously, forget about his Dad! Roman is super driven and passionate about what he does, which is why he's managed such success at such a young age and also why I wanted him on the podcast! This week on The Secret To, Roman dishes out some lovely advice on pursuing your passion in life.

One positive of us all being locked indoors is that I've had the chance to wangle some huge guests! This week we have ROMAN KEMP! He is hilarious and lovely and best known for being the youngest ever breakfast radio show host on capital. Roman is therefore the king of naps and we discuss the optimum napping conditions alongside radio, I'm a celebrity and his new TV show. A good chunk of this podcast is taken up by me fan-girling Roman's Dad Martin Kemp who is a lovely bit of kit.

In Part 2, I talk to Frankie about learning to open up. So often when we are struggling we try and brush everything under the carpet and push through regardless. Frankie talks about how learning to acknowledge the way she's feeling and open up to others has been a huge part of her journey, yet it is still the biggest hurdle for many people who are suffering with mental health problems. If you are struggling during this difficult time Frankie has written a fantastic book OPEN: Why Asking for Help Can Save Your Life.

One of the reasons I love Gabby is that she's a woman full of drive and positive energy. We talk about ways to get out of a funk, whether that be a bit of light movement or a banging bounce-back playlist on your phone. Whilst Love Island fame has gifted Gabby with a lot, having every relationship in your 20's scrutinised by the press is no fun at all. Gabby has been through the ringer but has emerged stronger and more confident than ever. So this week, we discuss How to Survive a Bad Breakup.

We have sailed through Part 1 with no technical hitches! In Part 2, I try and convince Arron to follow in my footsteps with a lockdown 2020 fitness DVD as he is looking hunkier than ever!! Alongside Arron dishing the dirt on how he looks so god damn good post lockdown, I wanted to know Arron's secret to building a business and finding such success on social media. Arron is a true self-starter and is full of useful tips for anyone who is feeling a bit lost within their career right now and needs some inspiration!

Welcome back everyone! We overcame blood, sweat and tears to record this one as we thought the lovely Arron Crascall's laptop was going to explode the poor sod. You may recognise Arron from his viral prankster videos that have made him a social media SENSATION with over 14 million followers globally. Arron has a brilliant story to tell having risked everything, including his job at William Hill, to pursue his passion for creating videos that made people laugh. Arron and I discuss his crazy journey to success, and Arron opens up about the tough year he has had as a result of being self-employed. 2020 really has been a bag of dicks!

Welcome back to part 2 ladies and gents! Andrea has dedicated this year to resetting her mindset following a deterioration in her mental health last year. In Part 2 she talks about the methods she has used to silence her inner critic- something that I know me and many others struggle with daily at the moment. I seriously got so much out of this interview and I’m so honoured that Andrea shared her story with me. After overcoming so many hurdles Andrea has come back fighting, so I wanted to know her secret to surviving.

Season 2 has arrived- I just couldn’t stay away! Especially when I had the opportunity to interview the absolute powerhouse that is Andrea McLean! Andrea is the queen of Loose Women, a best-selling author, and a mum. She does it ALL but remains incredibly honest, humble, and hilarious which made her the perfect guest to kick off this season. In Part 1 we talk about what it’s really like hosting one of the longest-standing panel shows, how to tackle those people that make your life miserable as well as how she has designated September as the official ‘Fuck Off Month’- SIGN ME UP.

We're back talking all things motherhood, from giving it mad Techno Elbow at a baby shower, to the emotions of taking her little boy Robin to get his first pair of glasses. One thing I've always admired about Rosie is her ability to wear so many different hats, from author to podcaster, tv personality and of course, mum! In the second half, Rosie reveals her surprising secret to juggling everything!

Okay, maybe am a bit biased because I do love a fellow Geordie, but Rosie Ramsey is honestly one of the funniest, loveliest most down to earth women in the business and I had such a laugh taking to her! We talked about how she first met her hilarious partner Chris Ramsey at 14, her crazy Strictly Parties, and what it's like to work with your other half on their wildly successful podcast 'Shagged, Married, Annoyed'. I basically laughed from start to finish- you don't wanna miss this one!

If you believe what you see on social media, you might think lockdown life is all banana bread baking and nature walks. In this episode, I'll be getting real about the lows of lockdown and letting you in on some of the things I'm doing that help me cope.
One of my favourite comedians, Russell Kane is my guest, talking about everything from his surprising secret to great skin, to mental health and his fear of being watched while he exercises! Jordan is of course famous for being a member of the incredible dance troupe Diversity who won Britain’s Got Talent all those years ago. Anyone else struggling with this whole getting old business?!? My guest this week Jordan Banjo seems to be adjusting just a little bit too well for my liking. He’s gone from winning the biggest show on tele with his dance troupe Diversity at the age of 16, then he’s only gone and toured the world before settling down as a father, Kiss radio DJ, TV presenter, and health and fitness advocate. Jesus Christ what a mouthful that was. Jordan’s grown up in the public eye but remains one of the NICEST men in the biz and it was a pleasure to chat to him about The Secret To Being a Grown Up, because, let's be honest, it's no walk in the park!!

We covered all sorts of the listener's dilemmas, from knowing when you’ve found that spark with someone, re-entering the dating scene in your 30’s, reconnecting with friends you have drifted apart from, and of course, getting through this never-ending goddamn pandemic. Iain Stirling is in the hoooouseee. I’m having serious Love Island withdrawal symptoms at the moment and Iain was quite literally music to my ears. Besides his glorious Scottish accent he is also hilarious, grounded and as cool as a cucumber, even if he is recording this sat at his infamous ‘gaming chair’ which looks like something out of a spaceship. For all my fellow Love Island superfans this is the episode for you. Iain dishes all the dirt and we chat the best and worst ever contestants. Who remembers John and Hannah from season 1?!?

Most importantly, she’s had the courage to walk away from situations that were making her unhappy. Now that she’s had the insane courage to do so, Caroll reveals her secret to finding herself again in her 50’s. Whatever you’re age, take notes, ladies and gents!!

This week I thought we’d do something a bit different. We are welcoming to the podcast the super glamorous, world-renowned legend that is Caroll Pattison (aka MY MAM), and we are FACE TO FACE praise the lord. She appears from time to time on the podcast and my Instagram but boy does she deserve a bit of limelight. Not only did she bring me into the world, but she’s also my best mate and talks a hell of a lot of sense. We talk childbirth, vaginas, motherhood, my northern relatives, my fear of babies, and much, much more. She’s been through some really tough times and the way she has bounced back is so inspirational which is why I’ve asked her on the podcast- I hope her story will encourage others out there to do the same.

Today we have Lisa Snowden on the podcast! She’s one of the UK’s most successful models (the actual Special K woman!) and presented one of the biggest breakfast shows on the radio so no wonder she’s got some stories to tell. Basically I want to know how the hell she fits all of that in whilst not looking a day past 30. I’ve been an admirer of this weeks guest Alice Liveing for yonks. She’s massive in the health and fitness industry and for all the right reasons. What inspires me about Alice is her positive and healthy attitude towards exercise and eating and how she encourages others to feel the same way. She is seeking to change the narrative around health to something more positive and uplifting and I’m all for it. We chat about forming a healthy relationship with social media, setting healthy fitness goals and moving away from diet culture. I took so much away from this podcast so I hope you all will too!

We talk about the power of feeling your feels, getting back on the horse, and being an old romantic. You all know that I have a history of going for the wrong guys, but as I get older I've really learned to appreciate men who don't bother with all that macho bravado and aren't afraid to admit that they love a good chick flick! I had a gorgeous time talking to Chris and I know you ladies will fall even more for him after listening to this!

I’m not gonna lie guys, it was an emotional week on the podcast talking to the amazing Malin Andersson about The Secret To Bouncing Back. You may remember Malin from Love Island four years ago, but since then she’s become a super influencer and activist in her own right, sharing a message of body positivity alongside her own harrowing experiences of and domestic abuse. She’s come out the other side of that trauma a strong, confident woman on a mission to help others and I honestly am so inspired by her outlook- I’m sure you will be too!

We talked about how she first met her hilarious partner Chris Ramsey at 14, her crazy Strictly Parties, and what it's like to work with your other half on their wildly successful podcast 'Shagged, Married, Annoyed'.
