Brando sits down with Crystal Clune from Helping Hands to learn about Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is a form of energy work very similar to acupressure. It uses certain meridians throughout the body to release energy so that you can have a healthy flow of energy throughout the body. When energy gets blocked up, psychosomatic symptoms occur such as, headaches, stomach aches, back pains etc. By tapping we are releasing the energy that is blocked in those points and restoring balance to the person’s energy flow.
With trauma and other bothersome memories, tapping helps rewire the brain and help you have the memories without any emotional response or connection.
Brando has an EFT session to focus on releasing the negativity surrounding his recent divorce, and the results are surprising!
This week, Dawn joins Brando to have a heart to heart about the struggles with growth, self awareness, seeking contentment, healing & forgiveness of the past.
Brando sits down to have a conversation with his friend Juliette after she is recovering from 3 consecutive back surgeries over the course of three weeks, one of which resulted in a near death experience. Juliette has also played an integral role in Brandon's life while he transitioned from a previous long term relationship to the new healing path he is on today. Friends helping friends to become better friends!
Brando sits down with Kyle and explores the world of songs/themes/jingles that are the ultimate ear worms. Brando & Kyle also discuss childhood memories, mix tapes, recording music from the radio on cassette, and Brando jumps into the main studio and plays the "greatest hits" of RAD jingles, theme songs and imaging. Hang out with some friends, discuss the awesome and the awful of the music of our generations.

Finally, with Jammi & Barb both having extensive history as health care workers, they weigh in with their thoughts regarding Covid-19 from their perspective.
Who would you say is your hero? This week, Producer Brandon reflects on how heroic music can be during times when our reality is harsh and difficult to handle at times. Hardships are not far from our doorsteps, if they're not already at home. During these times it can help to remember those who have inspired us to keep driving to get the most out of life, or even remember those who have literally saved our lives or a life of a loved one. Heroism comes in many forms. This episode concludes with a cover of "My Hero" by the Foo Fighters to acknowledge those heroes all around us, whoever they may be.
In my opinion, Bill Withers’ song “Lean On Me” means that it is okay to be weak while leaning to others in times of need. it is okay to trust others with your sorrow. It is okay to let your guard down and let your friends catch you. This song means that sometimes we cannot endure it alone and it is okay to lean on other people.
A huge thank you to all of the “Prodheads” and supporters that made this collaboration possible. It was humbling to get such a great response and your talents are a true inspiration. In these difficult times, one thing is for sure, music can heal, bring us together and help us find our way back to ourselves.

We discuss why Chad and Carissa got into this business, what their experience has been like in getting their business started, navigating the legal process, security, and the incredible health benefits that is one of the leading reasons why they want to bring their product available to as many people in the community as possible. Debunking a viral gender reveal video. A woman was filmed farting out blue powder in a fake gender reveal party with the intention to make their video go viral. While they faked the gender reveal for the pursuit to make their video go viral, rendering it an illegitimate viral video (in our opinion), it promotes a healthy conversation on farts and why they make us laugh.
The 100th episode brings with it new Prodwear in the Maggot Mall, powered by Black Dog Graphix. Brandon teases the new products including graphics, slogans, styles and stickers!
Finally, Brandon reads an email from a listener who is a follower of Christ, leans more towards skepticism in the "mumbo and jumbo" but reacted empathically to one of the previous episodes of the Prodcast, he had to share his experience. This listener taps into the negativity Brandon has been dealing with and promotes forgiveness. Forgiving others and forgiving ourselves.
We are getting close to the 100th episode of the Prodcast! Can you say, "Prodcast apparel"? Details coming soon!

There are various types of near death experiences and Brandon chose a few excerpts from the book Beyond The Light by Gina Prince-Bythewood to shed some light and also discover some bizarre types of near death experiences. From reuniting with loved ones, past pets and even God like entities.
This week, the Brandons discuss giggle tracks and blooper reels. Getting into giggle fits from watching or hearing people with infectious laughs. New show discovery, Letterkenny on Hulu. A Canadian comedy show based on a YouTube series of the same name. Avoid Castle Rock on Hulu at all costs. Disney+ is here and they are sanitizing classics like Star Wars A New Hope and The Simpsons is getting a bad look. A lot is covered and there are still plenty of emails to get through, stay tuned for another Q&A session in the near future.

The RAD Prodcast crew teams up with Melissa, Brent & Wendy from S.P.I.R.I.T. for a paranormal investigation of the Union Hotel in Old Sacramento. This location is rich in history surrounding the development of Sacramento and this hotel has been destroyed and rebuilt multiple times since the 1800s. While this building is considered "Lady Luck" there is a lot of residual darkness surrounding the traumatic experiences that occurred in and around this historic hotel.
A special thanks goes to Casey from Preservation Ghost Hunts for helping us gain access to this historically significant building. Another special thanks goes to Akash, the owner of this crown jewel of Sacramento who is restoring this wonderful space and infusing it with a fresh new energy and love. This location will be enjoyable for many in the years to come.
Sound Bath Meditation With Terri Roberts at Loomis Healing Arts. Terri is "focused on the Tibetan/Crystal bowl sound/vibration modality of healing." She is a Certified Tibetan Bowl practitioner, a Certified Reiki practitioner, Reconnective Energy and Eden Energy practitioner. She is am also a Certified Aromatherapist.
In Terri's words, "All of these modalities work within the human energy system to move chi blockages, and get human energy flowing in and around the body to help and enable the body to heal and fight dis-ease."
"This healing modality has been a part of Tibetan culture for hundreds of years. In spite of tons of documentation of the benefits, their use in the United States in the treatment of cancer, PTSD along with the use of Reiki and other forms of energy work is not well known and therefore not readily available. The old saying "you don't know what you don't know" is very applicable here."
Prior to the Sound Bath, we speak briefly with Terri to get to know her and she prepares us for the meditation process. Sit back, relax, and find a quiet space after the :30 minute mark and enjoy the Sound Bath meditation. This is an experience that is better felt in person, everyone experiences something a little different out of one of these sessions.
